Santiago de Compostela, June 3 .- The spokesman for the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Fernandez Xaqu??n Leiceaga, today announced an initiative in the House for the funds of the Foundation remain in Iria Flavia Cela-Padron, instead of being transferred to the City Culture, as claimed by the Xunta.
