Regarding stress, a U.S. study shows the benefits to practice mindfulness meditation in the workplace.
A quarantine office workers were recruited. Half of them were initiated into meditation and asked to practice twenty minutes per day sitting at their desks.
Six weeks later, subjects who used meditation practices have reduced their stress level of 11%, against 2.3% among those witnesses.
Such results are very convincing when one considers that the meditation sessions usually last between 45 and 60 minutes against 20 minutes here, and that the effects are significant at 6 weeks, a practice time extremely short.
