Move and exercise reduces the number of fat cells, and thereby the amount of estrogen produced by the body. Any type of exercise is the case as long as you are consistent in frequency and duration of your workouts.

Eat healthily

Eat more products made from whole grains (cereals and bread) because research has shown that certain types of fiber could diminish the ability of the body to produce estrogen. Remember your 5 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables are good foods to prevent cancer.

Drink green tea
The English and Spanish scientists have discovered that the antioxidant EGCG is present in green tea and can prevent the formation of cancerous cells. The exact amount of tea that we should take a day has not yet been determined  fallen earth chips, but in general it is suggested that a cup would be sufficiently beneficial.

Maintain a healthy weight
