Have a Good night!

Do you feel constantly tired? When you get up, is it seems impossible to get through your day so you fall asleep? Maybe made you part of 10 to 35% of the population that complains of not having a sleep or not sleep enough. Women seem to have more difficulty than men to get adequate rest. Here are some tips to help you sleep better:

1. Go to bed only when you sleep if you open the door to problems of insomnia.

2. Try to relax and take an hour to unwind before going to bed. Take the opportunity to relax quietly reading a good book or listening to soothing disk,and buy fallen earth chips.

3. Have an environment conducive to sleep (not too much noise, light or heat).

4. Avoid certain foods before going to bed (coffee, sugar, meal too fat, too salty or too rich, etc..)

5. Do not exercise in the evening (do it preferably in the morning or afternoon). From regular exercise can help you sleep better at night. So, moving regularly but in moderation.

6. Do not do anything but sleep or have sex in your bed. (Do not eat or watch TV).

7. Lie down and get up at regular times (even on weekends).

8. Do not adjust your marital problems to bed, write them in a little notebook and you can discuss the next day.
