False nails, good or bad idea?
False nails, good or bad idea? To follow fashion or camouflage, fake nails have become very popular. This practice does risk for natural nails? If so, what advice to minimize them and do not put in danger our nails?
What are the risks of false nails?
* The false nails tend to loosen the natural nail. Hidden beneath the fake nails, real nails become brittle, they become thinner, they crumble. The adhesive used during installation of artificial nails is in question. Toxic, it can directly attack the keratin (a substance to cause real nails).
* The fake nails also promote bacterial infections.
